- I do however understand and accept that the maximum outstanding, unpaid mount which I can pay off under this FI Plan is 40% of the course fee, and this would have to be settled in full within 3 months from the date of this Registration Form. That means that I have to pay at least 60% of the full course fee upon registration and I accept that if the full balance is not paid on time I will not receive any further lectures until such payments are brought up to date.

- No interest is payable on the outstanding balance, except in the event of my defaulting with my payments (see next sub-paragraph, below)
- I accept that if the full balance is not paid on time I will not receive any further lectures until such payments are brought up to date, but I also understand and agree that even if I fall behind with my payments the full outstanding balance will nevertheless still remain owing and payable by me. Further, in such an event of me falling behind the Academy will give me 1 month’s written notice to bring my arrear payments up to date, and should I refuse or fail to do so the Academy will then be entitled to take legal action against me to recover such outstanding balance, as well as interest of 10% p/a reckoned on the outstanding balance, as well as all legal costs.
General
I understand and agree further that:
- I have read, understood and accept all the terms & conditions relating to this course as set out on the web site and elsewhere
- I have the right within 7 (seven) days from today to cancel this registration in writing, which decision I will communicate to the Academy in writing; and if any fees had been paid within said 7 days, they will be repaid fully, excluding the registration costs.
- I have the right to cancel my registration for this course within 30 (thirty) days from today, in writing, which decision I will communicate to the Academy in writing, in which event the Academy shall refund 4/5th of the course fees to me, minus the registration costs. I understand and accept that no courses may be cancelled after 30 days have lapsed, reckoned from the date of my signature of this Student Registration Form, and that consequently no refund of any course fees shall be entertained unless requested within said 30 (thirty) days.
- Such Notices of Cancellation shall only be effective if actually received by the Academy, to which effect such student shall be informed by the Academy, by email, that it has received such Notice of Cancellation.
- The above course fee only covers those costs as specifically set out in the Course description.
- I am under no legal obligation to attach my photograph but consent hereto in order to make recognition easier for my tutor during lectures or work shops. I will place myphotograph in the appropriate personal section on the e-learning platform.
- I consent to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts in the event of any legal dispute between us.
- This registration is not valid unless it is signed by the student (and, in the event of someone else paying for the student, that person’s signature), and has been accepted by the Academy, which acceptance the Academy shall send to me by email. The date of my signature shall be the date of registration for all purposes hereunder.
- Once you have completed and signed this Registration Form kindly scan your signature onto the Form and email it to us, as your Registration is not valid until received by us!
Payments
As we strive to keep our course fees reasonable and affordable we do not accept credit card payments or similar payments, as these always leads to course fee increases. Therefore all payments have to be made by you giving your bank an instruction to pay the relevant sum into our bank account. But you should use our bank’s international codes (below) as this will save you some bank costs.
Whilst we obviously cannot guarantee that their system will always be correct, some students have used Xoom.com successfully to transfer fees to the Academy, but using them remains the sole decision and responsibility of the student.
We have also included our bank’s branch address in case your bank also asks for it. Make sure your payment contains a reference to your name and course and it is paid into our bank account as follows (all bank costs to be covered by yourself):
